Perfect Heritage, written in two flags

Two arms come in from the left and from the right, and the hands meet in the middle, fingertips touching at the top and thumbs touching at the point below, leaving a clean heart shaped opening between them. The left hand wears the flag of the United States: the blue canton and its white stars sit out on the forearm, the red and white stripes run over the knuckles and the fingers. The right hand carries Guatemala, a sky blue band over the fingers and a second one running out along the forearm, a wide white band down the middle, and the coat of arms drawn on that white with its quetzal, its scroll, its crossed rifles and laurel. The detail that matters
