The shortest phrase in the set gets the most room. A watercolor heart in dusty rose and blush fills the upper chest, and the words cross it in white script, the crossbar of the T running out as one long straight stroke that slants up to the right. The underline does the opposite: it sweeps far out to the lower left and only just reaches the final O, and that imbalance is what gives the design its balance.
